As a Offline Operations Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible managing TV media and landscaping, which includes (but is not limited to) creating new viewership reports/media landscape updates or maintaining/updating the existing reports and maintaining a good relationship with media owners. This role is focus on managing and insure operations runs smoothly.
We are seeking individuals with a high-level of engagement and be able to work in a collaborative creative environment is preferred.
Role:
Creating new viewership reports/media landscape updates or maintaining/updating the existing reports.
Creating new monthly deal management and updates or maintaining the existing reports.
Creating new CPRP Tracker (weekly) and updating for weekly reporting.
Assisting I&B and planning team with the implementation of campaign, event or roadshows.
Reporting sponsorship, competition, properties, trends every quarterly
Assisting PMX team with the reporting for annual, half yearly, quarterly buying reviews.
Maintaining a good relationship with media owners.
Develop and grow internal/external relation.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client management, business partner relationship and media industry knowledge (Consumer, Business or Brand Insights)
Possess vast knowledge of TV media & landscape
Proficient in MS office (excel, powerpoint)
Able to maintain good relationship with media vendors
Accountable for his/her part of work
Maintain good relations with media owners (TV + Digital)
