Job Description

:

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our fast-growing startup in the aircon department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of daily operations related to air conditioning related services. They will be required to handle data entry, consolidate relevant data and identify trends, and front-line technical teams. The Operations Executive will also liaise with customers on scheduling and other department related enquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule aircon installations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of the service.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries effectively.
• Oversee and manage a group of technical personnel including training and performance management.
• Oversee and manage service recovery for any issues that may arise during installation.
• Ensure accurate data input for aircon related works.
• Analyse data to identify and highlight trends.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the aircon department.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Handle other operational duties as the team requires.

• Tertiary Education or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of operations experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Aircon experience is desirable but not necessary.
• Preferably candidates with decent fluency in both English and Mandarin/Malay.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working a 5 or 6 day work week - Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM and alternate weekends, 9AM to 6PM
