Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees and administer the day-to-day Estate operations of both regions which includes operating budget, or plan, logistics, manpower, Productivity improvement and work program plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and ensure that all operations and activities in estates are according to the practice and guidelines provided by the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that policies and procedures approved by the management are being adhered to in all operations including maintaining the requirements of MSPO certification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovate and propose for improvement of the oil palms plantations operation including good agricultural practices to enhance the work performance and productivity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Having responsible of formulating and planning budgets, quality control and financial functions for all of the plantations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To supervise, train and assess all of estate managers in achieving optimum productivity and work quality. Job requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Agriculture or Plantation Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 - 10 years of managerial working experience in overseeing oil palm estate operation and administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership, good analytical skill, able to provide direction and coordination of plantation production and administrative management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in estate operational management in planning, costing, budgeting, execution & monitoring are highly desired. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel extensively, stay and work in operation sites for an extended period of time.
