Perform lubrication and greasing of all moving machinery and equipment in the engine room.
Check and record oil, water, and fuel levels in the ship's engine systems.
Assist the Engineer in routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
Carry out watchkeeping duties in the engine room and monitor machinery performance during voyages.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of the engine room at all times.
Report any breakdowns, leaks, or abnormal noises to the Duty Engineer.
Participate in safety drills and comply with all vessel safety procedures and regulations.
