Lead efforts in the design, optimization, and maintenance of OLAP engines, particularly Apache Druid and Presto/Trino, to ensure system architecture excellence. Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting activities, guaranteeing the stability and high availability of services. Collaborate closely with the platform team to seamlessly integrate OLAP engines with other systems, enabling the application of data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from vast structured and unstructured datasets. Possesses a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in data engineering or data science, demonstrating expertise in the Big Data domain, particularly in the OLAP domain. Exhibits a deep understanding of the architecture and internal mechanisms of at least one OLAP engine. Proficiency in Java, HDFS, Kafka, Spark, YARN, and other relevant technologies, supported by practical project experience. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes. Exceptional team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively resolve issues. Fluent proficiency in both verbal and written English. A strong foundation in algorithms and a proven ability to solve complex problems. Demonstrates in-depth research or contributions to the source code of Apache Druid or Trino. Actively participates in the open-source community, with priority given to individuals holding the status of Committer or PMC Member. Solid foundation in algorithms and problem-solving abilities. In-depth research or contributions to Apache Druid\'s source code or Trino\'s source code.
