OLNOS Administrator 1Position title Team MemberReports to Head of UnitDivision TechnologyDepartment Network Engineering and Operations (NEO)Section Network Engineering Rollout (NERO)People management NOLocation CD HubResponsibilities /Accountabilities:
- Responsible on TP coordination and approval (Inbound - from OLNO and Outbound - To OLNO)
- PTW approval - Inbound and Outbound for all sites categories
- Responsible on 1st cut verification of TP request (Inbound/Outbound)
- Responsible on CSU reconciliation within industry and Invoicing matters
- Responsible on verification and billing dispute for CSU
- Direct engagement in the joint Industry Planning (CSU) within OLNO.
- Responsible on LOO to OLNO for commercial values
- Engagement with Internal stakeholders (Wholesale, Finance, Legal) for non-CSU arrangement or commercial impact
- Responsible on Inbound Service Requisition Form (SRF) issuance for Edotco sites
- Integrate and enhance CSU database and OLNOS report on regular basis
- Good knowledge of Business Administration. Certification
- Strong engagement skills with Internal and external parties. Experience
- Capability of influence.
- Good and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to take a new challenge
Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Up to RM3,000.00 per monthBenefits:
