Job Description

We are seeking a

responsible and proactive Site Supervisor

to oversee operations across

multiple project locations

. The successful candidate will conduct

site inspections

, supervise workers, and

deal directly with clients

, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and executed according to company standards. This role requires regular travel to different sites and is

not fixed to a single location

.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate

on-site activities

across multiple locations Conduct regular

site inspections

to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance Monitor workers' attendance, work progress, and productivity Ensure work is completed

according to schedule and quality standards

Enforce

site safety rules and company procedures

Act as the

main point of contact for clients

at site locations

Understand, clarify, and implement client requirements and requests

Communicate project progress, issues, and changes with clients professionally Report site progress, inspection findings, and issues to management Coordinate with drivers, workers, and suppliers when required Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment Resolve minor site issues and escalate major matters when necessary

Requirements

Relevant supervisory or site experience required

Ability to travel to

multiple work sites

Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to

deal with clients and understand their requirements

Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious Basic reporting and documentation skills Valid

driving licence

preferred

Salary Range:

2,500 - RM 4,000
