Customization and Configuration: Configuring OnBase modules, including document types, keyword fields, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet specific business needs. Integration: Integrating OnBasewith other systems, such as .NET, CRM, and other Enterprisesystems, through various methods such as APIs, web services, and data connectors. Troubleshooting and Support: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to OnBase applications, workflows, and integrations, providing end-user support as needed. Documentation: Creating technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and deployment guides, to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date information. Collaboration: Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conductingunit testing, system testing, and integration testing to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of the developed solutions. Upgrades and Maintenance: Assisting with system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities, including testing and deployment of new software releases. Knowledge in develop, design, and maintain web applications using .Net MVC/.Net Core/Rest API Technologiesare a plus. Work in an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with the OnBaseplatform, including configuration, custom scripting, and integration development. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, SQL, or Java, as well as experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and relationaldatabases. Workflow Automation: Familiarity with designing and implementing workflow processes within OnBase using tools like Unity Forms, Workflow Designer, and Workflow Actions. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex business requirementsand translate them into technical solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document technical specifications, and provide user support. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all aspects of the job. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, participating in discussions, sharing knowledge, and contributing to project success.
