About the Role
We are seeking a
Back-Office Onboarding Specialist
to support a
Digital Banking project
. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant account onboarding processes, coordinating with multiple internal departments, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Process and validate account onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Review source-of-wealth and supporting documents, perform system data entry, and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with
compliance, legal, risk,
and
product
teams to clarify onboarding actions.
Maintain
SLA timelines
for documentation turnaround and support continuous process improvements.
Prepare and generate periodic
onboarding and audit reports
for management review.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in onboarding or documentation roles within
banking, fintech, or digital finance
.
Excellent attention to detail and strong process discipline.
Good organizational and analytical skills; proficient in
Microsoft Office
and
client onboarding systems
.
Effective communication and teamwork skills (note: this is a
non-client-facing role
).
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
