: Job Purpose: This role is based within the Global TTS Onboarding Quality Assurance Team, and will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality management activities within TTS Onb : Job Purpose: This role is based within the Global TTS Onboarding Quality Assurance Team, and will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality management activities within TTS Onboarding Organization. This role is created to reflect the: Continuous transformation of the existing Onboarding Service Model to serve TTS Clients Digitalization and automation of the control framework Increasing number of internal controls programs and initiatives to improve the quality of the service Criticality of a quality and control focus within a large operations organization such as TTS Onboarding. Job Background/context: TTS Onboarding has a core set of the critical processes the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing, trend analysis, monitoring of the critical TTS Onboarding Processes/Controls and will assist in driving the Quality Assurance agenda for the TTS Global OB organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in quality assurance reviews for the critical Onboarding processes and designing of the quality assurance framework within Global organization. The individual will be considered as a valued member of the global TTS Onboarding team and will be expected to be flexible to taking on additional assignments as required to ensure that TTS Onboarding becomes best in class. Key Responsibilities: The role will cover the Quality Assurance agenda for the TTS Onboarding Organization Globally: Support in the execution of the Global Quality Assurance agenda for TTS OB Organization. Perform testing of the MCA and trend analysis for subjected TTS Onboarding processes globally Coordinate execution of any Controls and Regulatory internal and external reviews, e.g., Internal Audit/Compliance Testing / External / Ops Controls/ KPMG reviews etc. Support validation of the Regulatory and Control related process changes within the scope of the TTS OB Activities, ensuring that QA related matrix and testing scripts are updated as required and validation of testing results reflects the process changes. Post-migration monitoring of and reporting to Reg & Process Governance, including but not limited to MCA, COB, CAPs, and post quality checks Perform ad-hoc review of selected [high risk or/and emerging risk controls/processes] to assess the effectiveness of the current control environment and support in delivering the solutions to strength the control environment Build strong and effective relationships with key regional partners in Onboarding, Compliance and AML Groups as part of a Controls and Regulatory Programs Management. Create the Culture of quality and compliance via top-down focus on the values of the Quality Organization and Customer centricity.
