Our team is expanding rapidly, and we\xe2\x80\x99re on the lookout for an exceptional Onboarding Specialist to help us continue our trajectory of success.Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully informed about company and role specifics and are well-prepared for their start date.
• Assist new hires with completing all necessary onboarding tasks and participating in required live training sessions.
• Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to support the onboarding of new agents and clients.
• Maintain regular updates with the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager regarding the onboarding progress and ensure all parties are informed.
• Provide support for client onboarding when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding
• 3-5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry
• 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred
• Familiarity with eCommerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM tools like HubSpot, Monday.com
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong coaching, planning, and organizational abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter with high energy and the ability to engage effectively with others
• Proficient in Gmail and Slack communication

Internet Requirements:

• DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection is required (minimum 20 Mbps).
