~ To install software, implementation, migrate data, training and support.
~ Assist customer who encounters a problem with software.
~ Assist customer on the application of the software.
~ Consult ,advise and guide the customer in OUR Software system.
~ Carry out installation and implementation of our software solution at customer site.
~ Provide Pre-sales and post sales support.
~ Providing general information about software products, technical support policies and licensing.
~ Offering technical support on-site or via phone or ultraviewer.
~ Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
~ Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
~ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
~ No experience needed.
~ Training will be provided.
