Description :
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat, FB messenger, instagram, etc.
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
-Assist customers in navigating the company\'s products/services and provide accurate information and guidance.
-Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately in the company\'s database.
-Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to customers.
-Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
-Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all customer interactions.

Requirements
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Previous working experience in customer service, or customer --service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
-Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
-Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
