You will be handling online customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product recommendations to customers across major platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our official website.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via chat, WhatsApp, Shopee, etc.
Provide clear product recommendations and basic guidance to customers.
Process online orders, coordinate packing, and arrange shipping.
Assist with after-sales.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
Requirements
Interest or experience in music
(musical instruments as hobby, school band/orchestra experience, music major/minor, etc.).
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is a bonus).
Basic computer skills -- Google Sheets, typing skills.
Pleasant, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Willing to learn product knowledge about musical instruments.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
