Job Description

  • To handle customer service in social media such as Facebook and IG and also need deal with customer through whatsapp & messenger.
  • Responsible for customer online inquiry, handling customer order & manage stock inventory.
  • Provide speedy service to customers by assisting them before and after sales.
  • Customer care handling eg. Return/ Refund/ Complaint/ Shipment tracking/ Customer feedback.
  • Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the management and immediate superior as and when required.
Job Requirement:
  • Good comminication and written in English & Mandarin / Cantonese (optional) Required skills: familiar with online marketing and other social media platform (Training is provided)
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated to obtain sales lead.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
