Role Description

We are looking for an Online Marketing Assistant to support our e-commerce operations, marketing activities, and simple creative tasks. This role involves assisting in managing online stores, handling customer communication, creating basic visuals, supporting social media activities, and coordinating with influencers when needed.

Role Responsibilities

Manage product listings, promotions, and daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).

Create simple visuals for social media posts, promotions, and newsletters using Canva or basic design tools.

Assist with product photo and video shooting, including simple video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).

Post routine social media updates on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Research and reach out to potential partners (influencers, wellness brands, etc.) via social media and email.

Liaise with influencers on video shooting and collaborations when necessary.

Update daily sales reports in Excel documents and accounting system

Send tracking details to customers and assist with order coordination.

Support other ad hoc marketing and administrative duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
