Training Period: RM 3800 Per month
After Training Period: RM 5,700 - 10,000 per month
Pay raise twice a year
Comprehensive onboarding and weekly team-based teaching training

Job Responsibility:
Teach interactive online maths courses to international students
Use Think Academy's teaching platform and tools
Track student progress and provide personalised feedback
Foster an engaging, supportive, and motivating online learning environment
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above (recent graduates with up to 2 years' work experience)
Academic Background: All majors welcome
Experience: teaching experience is not required but is an advantage
English Proficiency: Outstanding Spoken English
Personal Attributes: Genuine passion for teaching and working with children, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
Pay Structure:
Training Period:
RM 3,500?basic pay? + RM 300 ?travel allowance), per month
After Training Period:
Teaching Fee + Termly Commission ( 30% of Teaching Fee)
Teaching Fee Hourly Rate:
Start from RM 70 Per hour
Two pay raise opportunities per year

RM 5,700
