Requirements

• Minimum six-month experience work as online promoter (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, enabling effective interaction with potential customers/audience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the company's expansion efforts in online sales and promotion.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
• Familiarity with online promotional strategies and platforms is an advantage.
• Able to commit work in shift rotation basis

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers via online/live session
• Maintain excellent customer service and a professional demeanor at all times
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve the customer experience
