Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide assistance to Quality Control Supervisor and Quality Control Leader with the day to day running of Quality Control activities to ensure that the company product comply with company\xe2\x80\x99s standards. Responsible to ensure the quality inspection plan are compliance. Checking and control product quality ie water test, diaper weight check and dimension to ensure all the product comply with product specification. Monitor and checking the quality of the product by detecting any faulty of raw material and finished product that breach specification. Working closely with Production and Packing team to inform any product defects. Update daily quality check sheet and inform superior for any detected problem. Practise 5S & Housekeeping and GMP procedure at Quality Control workstation at all times. Ensure all Equipment are well-maintained. Follow safety and health regulations at all times, particularly when working with the hazardous materials. Embed UC way, OODA & BOP-ship throughout all business directions and day to day operations. Consistently practice management with resonance \xe2\x80\x93 close cooperation between management and all level of employees and to communicate significantly in improving team capacity and motivation.
