Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Convert conversations into confirmed sales by building trust and offering value. Follow up with prospects and leads to nurture relationships and close deals. Maintain detailed records of conversations, leads, and sales using a CRM or tracking system. Coordinate with logistics or operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Assist in refining WhatsApp communication scripts, FAQs, and automation flows.

Job Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or online chat support. Prior experience using WhatsApp for business communication is a plus. Excellent written communication in English / Bahasa Melayu. Strong sales and persuasion skills over text-based platforms. Fast typing and multitasking capabilities. High attention to detail and customer-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple conversations at once. Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and messaging apps. Must have access to a reliable smartphone and internet connection. Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if needed.
