Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To handle, reply and promoting sales on Facebook, WhatsApp, Email, Social Media and E-Commerce Platform.
• To survey and study further on available potential e-commerce platforms.
• Implement and support the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales and marketing activities.
• To ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Report and highlight to your immediate superior for unsolved matters.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, or any other equivalent qualification.
• Required skill(s): good communication, strong problem-solving ability, self-motivated, Good PR and passionate in Customer Service.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
• Familiar with either marketing platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, WeChat and etc
• Experience or profession in either online selling platforms like Lazada.my, Lelong.my, Mudah.my, 11stree, qoo10.my, Shopee, Carousell, Taobao, Alibaba, Ebay.com, Amazon.com, shopping website builder or other\xe2\x80\x99s online selling website and etc
• Fresh graduates who are interested to do sales/marketing and management are also encouraged to apply
• Full-time position available
• Working Hours: 10am-8pm
• Location: Petaling Jaya
