- A positive attitude with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support through Whatsapp, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order placements, product information, and resolving any issues.
- Process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor and manage online reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Assist with the management of inventory and stock levels for online sales.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as updating product listings, pricing, and promotions.
