With a wide range of products and solutions, and applications across different industries, they are currently looking to expand their multi-channel sales team. They are looking for an energetic, sales driven and well-spoken Online Sales Engineer to join their team.Responsibilities:

• Successful conversion of quotations to orders via Online Shop from leads, prospects & customers in Online Sales Channel
• Plan & orgnize outbound calls as part of daily sales routine to promote Online Shop for Online Sales Channel customers.
• Implement direct sales selling skills to manage customer relationship & needs
• Handles situation which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Follow through lead nurturing process to assist customers onboarding to Online Shop platform.
• Attend to inquiries and assist the customers in resolving problems with the goal of onboarding customers to make purchase via Online Shop which requires extensive knowledge of products & knowledge of the company with problem solving skills.
• Plan daily sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & other relevant applications as sales support tools.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or related field
• Fluent in English communication skills, written and verbal. Mandarin is a bonus
• Experience in CRM software
• Pro-active, customer-oriented and results-driven attitude
