Job Description
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc
- Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
- Responsibility
- Make followup, service after sales, closing.
- Enter customer orders on the admin -controlled platform for posting parcel
- Make Live Tiktok and other platform
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Involved in the official live execution of the company.
- Make daily and monthly sales reports
- Find and handle dropship every month
- To assist team in executing marketing programs, launches, activities (roadshow) & PR events.
- To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing budget.
- To conduct market research and monitor competition activity.
- To evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Any other duties as required by management.
- Manage promotional activities to endorse product
- Manage social media to generate interest and monitor activity
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material
- Organising and attending events
