Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in online sales, telesales or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Proficient in using social media platforms, WhatsApp Business and basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Highly motived, disciplined and results-driven

Job Scopes:

• Manage and respond to customer iniquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email and other online platforms
• Promote company products/services through online channels to increase sales
• Handle online bookings, orders and follow ups with customer
• Maintain customer database and update sales record daily
• Archieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company
• Create engaging product postings and promotional content for social media
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Benefits & Remunerations:

• Salary Range: RM2,000.00 to RM5,000.00
