Job Description

:

Engage with customers through WhatsApp professionally and promptly. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Share product catalogs, prices, offers, and order details. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Process orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with logistics. Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales. Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism. Provide daily/weekly reports on sales and customer engagement.

Job Requirement:

Proven experience in online sales, customer service, or a similar role. Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Familiarity with using WhatsApp Business and related tools (e.g., broadcast lists, labels). Ability to work independently and manage multiple chats at once. Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
