Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible and manage for all aspects of online sales from day to day . Maintain proper document control and filling. \xc2\xb7 Responding to incoming enquiries from Shopee, Lazada, Facebook and email. \xc2\xb7 Handle order, key-in stock and liaise with Lazada/Shopee \xc2\xb7 Advertising of potential products (such as taking pictures and editing photos) on Shopee / Lazada \xc2\xb7 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. \xc2\xb7 Prepare shipping or deliveries service such as wraps or bags merchandise requested by customer. \xc2\xb7 Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. \xc2\xb7 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
