Requirements

• Minimum SPM
• Spoken Mandarin/Cantonese is a MUST (Basic English is an advantage)
• Fresh graduates/ those with retail experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to read/write Traditional Chinese
• Online sales and customer service experience is preferred
• Familiar with social media
• Telecommunications experience is an advantage
• Able to work independently
• Good attitude and team spirit

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers and partners about: Company's products and service, Inquiries about pricing and Feedback and complaints
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs, company policies, and technological advancements in the customer service field.
• Gather customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience to provide insights for improving company offerings.
