Your Deliverables & Contribution
Our community of level 1 IT experts are at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the performance of our IT infrastructure within defined SLAs which support our organization's goals and business operations.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems as defined in the service catalogue within the published SLAs. You will provide on-the-ground support as requested by the IT Shared Service team

Responsible for investigating and solving L1 tickets as detailed in the service catalogue. Responsible for providing end users efficient and timely support.
Assist the IT Manager with the local and global IT projects implementation when required
Ensure technical documentation is maintained with the IT Shared Service Team
Responsible for addressing local end user process adoption - communicate reminders of correct process eg. Raising a ticket
Ensure each workstation is set up with the correct IT equipment, or laptops and peripherals are issued as per company policy
Maintain inventory all equipment, software, and software licenses
Support the APME LISO during IT compliance audit processes eg Grip 32
Responsible for the safety and security of hardware & data onsite
Responsible for adherence to MPG IT Policies
Vendors & Suppliers
Support IT Shared Service Team with local vendor contact and relationships. Provide local language support if required.
Your Experiences
1-5 years of working experience in the IT support field or in a related area
Experience performing/ delivering IT services within defined SLAs
Experience in a multi national company or within a shared service model is advantageous
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
