Air Liquide began operations in Malaysia in 1927 and is one of the pioneers of the gas industry in Malaysia. Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence, this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.Ensuring site equipment maintenance regime are fully complied to maintain and enhance plant availabilityHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Review and monitor the operation of all sites to ensure compliance with best practices and procedures
• Maintain knowledge in Mechanical: control valves, rotating equipment; Electrical: single phase and three phase power systems; Instrumentation: PLC systems, SCADA, transmitters, and analytical equipment
• Implement and manage an effective maintenance program in coordination with customers
• Identify and monitor quality and performance indicators to achieve KPI targets
• Analyze production and maintenance reports to detect and correct problems
• Optimize site activities and ensure equipment maintenance compliance to enhance plant availability
• Adhere to safety, quality assurance, and risk management protocols
• Maintain up-to-date plant documentation, including Operating Manuals and SOPs
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues and ensure compliance with IMS, HSEQ, and local legislation
• Respond to emergencies and provide support and advice as needed

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering i.e Electronics & Instrumentation or relevant field.
• Less than 3 years working experience in industrial gas plants or similar industry with hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and create a teamwork atmosphere.
• Ability to work with all levels of people and build relationships with customers.
