ON-SITE SUPPORT ENGINEER \xe2\x80\x93 JOB SCOPE The On-Site Support Engineer is responsible for support engineering activities related to field and site operations specifically in retail POS total solutions (POS hardware, solutions and services to all kind of customer in F&B, specialty shops, retails and hospitalities) and KIOSK solutions for up and running promotions and advertising campaign. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide site engineering activities * Provide technical support for POS system, equipment and application to customer. * Trouble Shooting on equipment * End-User Support and System Administration experiences (installation, deployment, backup, rollback) * Installation & configuration experience * Trouble Shooting on support systems which hardware and software are maintained, upgraded and replaced
