Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform onsite troubleshooting including CNC Fanuc, installation, and inverter conversion. Support customers during urgent breakdowns, including:
- Standby duty after office hours and weekends.
- Attending onsite after office hours and weekends.
- Providing on-call technical support during weekends and after office hours to respond to urgent breakdowns.
Assist project or sales teams in wiring modification, parameter setup, and testing during conversion or commissioning. Provide technical feedback, photos, and service reports after each job. Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure fast response and customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
