- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Computer literate and able to work independently.
- Available for a minimum 3-month(s) internship duration.
- Able and willing to travel to work place (Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya)
- Assist in human resources records such as new hires, staff attendance and leave records, training records, and so on.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and interviews
- Assist in preparing and compiling employment documents such as employment contract, resignation/termination letters, confirmation letters etc.
- Assist in office administrative - document filing and admin task.
- Assist in responding to inquiries from candidates or employee and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in payroll administration and maintaining accurate records.
