Possess at least a Diploma in Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
More than 3 years of experience in secretarial and supervisory role.
Good in communication, responsible and proactive feedback to Management on admin processes improvement.
Cheerful personality, able to work independently and as a team leader.
Able to work within a tight deadline and fast pace working environment.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
TanggungjawabPersonal Assistant role:
Handle secretarial tasks that include but not limited to office facilities management, documentation and provide assistance to all directors.
Admin in Charge role:
Task assign, supervise, provide guidance and support for all the admin staff in Johor Bahru branches on day-to-day office administrative and operational issues.
Others related duties within your scope that assigned by your immediate superior.
