Position : Open Payment Project Manager Company Industry : Transportation Systems And Services Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0900 to 1800) Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY WHO CAN APPLY Bachelor of Engineering, Science or Information Systems 7 years in IT and/or Technology with experience in system implementation and delivery. Open Payment Technology and System experience Microsoft Office suite, MS O365 experience Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) experience Understanding of commercial and financial Able to start in short notice Open for Malaysian only RESPONSIBILITY: Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Lead the project initiation and develop detailed project plan (including risk management analysis and proactive mitigation/ contingency plans) for the project. Drive the development of technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the business requirement. Provide oversight to the implementation process, ensuring all the milestones deadlines are met. Ensure timely implementation of the project within the stipulated scope, budget, and overall project timeframe. Plan, coordinate and moderate project update meetings with relevant stakeholders to report on the progress. Manage interdependencies and maintain good rapport with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring good working relationship between the users and the technical/technology tea to meet the project deliverable. Proactively determine the solution to bottlenecks/ potential bottlenecks and provide solutions by facilitating the decision making with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Prepares and reviews documents, updates and presentations for Management and stakeholders.
