Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ordering office and maintenance supplies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform clerical and general administrative work such as filing and data entry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check production order status to ensure product delivery is on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform inventory data entry via ERP System. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties as reasonably requested by the employer. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must be computer literate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates who are able to speak in Mandarin will be added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and have strong sense of responsibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have own transportation
