Job Description

Administration Operation Assistant



1)Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations of assigned areas and facilities. Ensures that the environment remains clean, sanitary, and presentable always.

Supervise daily cleaning activities of all cleaners and housekeeping staff.

Assign tasks and schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned according to the work plan.

Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of cleaning personnel.

Conduct daily inspections of the premises to ensure high standards of cleanliness and tool are properly maintained and stored.

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing cleaning staff proper usage of chemical and used safely and effectively. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Inventory & Supplies Management and reorder supplies at the end of the month.

Keep accurate records of usage and inventory..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
