  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sports Management, SPM, or any related field.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Knowledge of swimming programs and swim school operations is an advantage.
TanggungjawabAdministrative Duties:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including client information, schedules, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Create and manage class schedules, ensuring optimal use of pool space and instructor availability.
  • Coordinate events, competitions, and special programs, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to staff and clients promptly.
Customer Service:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Assist with client registrations, membership renewals, and payment processing.
Operational Support:
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and clients.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
  • Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with instructors, coaches, and other staff to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions and planning.
  • Support training and onboarding of new employees.
Financial Management:
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with audits as needed.
