Communicate schedule changes and updates to staff and clients promptly.
Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively.
Assist with client registrations, membership renewals, and payment processing.
Operational Support:
Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and clients.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with instructors, coaches, and other staff to ensure cohesive operations.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions and planning.
Support training and onboarding of new employees.
Financial Management:
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Handle invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping.
