RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Oversee daily operations to ensure the operation runs smoothly. 2. Coordinate with various departments to identify and resolve operational issues. 3. Responsible for ordering office supplies. 4. Renewal of the various taxes and licenses. 5. Maintain accurate up-to-date records. 6. Responsible for attending the incoming calls, customers & suppliers. 7. Check & restock in every outlet. 8. Handle purchase & delivery orders. Requirements: - Malaysia Citizens - Mandarin speaker - Own transportation - Required skill(s): Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, analytical skill, problem-solving skill, attention to detail - Able to perform responsibilities under minimum supervision. - Strong sense of responsibility, discipline & commitment. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
