Basic Salary:
RM 2,000 - RM 2,800 (Based on Experience)
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in related field
OR
1-2 years experience in Logistics / Admin
Experience in operation admin / logistics admin is a must
Able to communicate well & work independently
Good with Microsoft Excel & email correspondence
Job Scope (4HC - Total 4 Pax)
Admin - POD Collection & Upload (1 HC)
Call vendors to request Proof of Delivery (POD)
Scan & upload PODs into shared drive
Update TMS system when necessary
Admin - Operation Support (2 HC)
Monitor & update shared Excel sheet daily
Communicate with Customs team via email
Receive & submit customs forms to customers
Ensure all records are accurate and up to date
Admin - EPCO Registration (1 HC)
Prepare EPCO registration for customer following SOP
Ensure all required documentation is complete & submitted on time
