Job Description

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including processing sales orders, purchase requests, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders and requirements are fulfilled efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, data entry, filing, sorting, and information collation. Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:-



Minimum 1 year of experience in operations within the manufacturing or construction industry preferred. Diploma or higher qualification in any field. Fresh graduates/entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 5-day work week, based in Ulu Tiram.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Able to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive and resourceful. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
