Responsibilities:

Handle loan transactions by issuing cash loans, offering pawn receipts and retrieving items to customers that have repaid.
Determine value of items and give loans based on the objects presented by the customers.
Communicate to customers about the legal aspects of the transactions.
Explain to customers about the details and care of item.
Perform sales by selling uncollected items to recover cash while adhering to the industry\xe2\x80\x99s regulations
Manage all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Make friendly reminder calls to customers on their pawned items.
Organize and maintain inventory of items.

Requirement:
