Job Description

  • Assist SPV when required and responsible for organizing, summarizing and archiving various important works.
  • Manage and update the company database.
  • Track parcels, inventory and order supplies.
  • Maintain financial, employee and customer records.
  • Drafting and sending reports to Headquarters (HQ) daily.
  • Organize events, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Manage the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Perform other tasks as directed.
