Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Must be organized and detailed oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiar with basic computer operation and account software
Willing to travel twice a week or once in two weeks to another branch (Selayang) if needed
Responsibilities
Monitor Admin, Salesman, Driver
Address and resolve issues arising during daily operations
Regularly update product costing and profit margins
Maintain and update quotations and product catalogs
Complete tasks as assigned by management
Conduct stock checks or stocktakes twice a week at the Selayang branch.
Source backup suppliers when existing suppliers are out of stock.
Prepare meeting agendas in advance
Create PowerPoint presentations and deliver them as needed.
Do reports as needed
Stay updated on stock market prices and trends.
Cover admin duties during staff absences or leave.
