Job Description


- Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Administrative Management/Business Administration/Office Administration or related field.- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably if in the printing industry.- Skilled in organization and multitasking- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and orally.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Desired characteristics:- Positive attitude with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle challenging situations.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations, including inventory management of office supplies, printing materials, and shipping items.- To ensure that the condition and quantity of the customer\'s finished order items are in a condition that meets the best quality standards and is sufficient before processing to pack and ship to the customer.- Provide support for the scheduling of finished goods shipments, preparation of reports, and handling of shipping documents.- Assist in the preparation and processing of printing-related documentation, including invoices and DOs.- Coordinating and supporting company events, exhibitions, and training sessions.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finished goods and delivery promptly and professionally.- Collaborate with other teams to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency in a printing environment.Benefits- Gross Salary : RM 1,600++ up to RM 2,800++- Opportunities for career growth and professional development in the printing industry.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Epf, eis, socso- Panel clinic- Annual leave- Sick leave and hospitalization- Training is providedSkillsProblem-solving Attention to detail Time managementImportant InformationNever provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
