Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

Order Processing: Efficiently handle and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Customer Follow-up: Proactively follow up with customers regarding their orders, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Principal Telco Coordination: Liaise with the principal telco to manage and resolve order-related issues.
Order Tracking: Track and trace the status of all orders, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all orders and communications for future reference and auditing purposes.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on order status and any issues encountered, suggesting improvements to streamline the process.
