POSITION - OPERATION AND AFTERSALES EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - JALAN KAPAR, KLANG
SALARY - RM 3500-5000
Responsibilities
? Coordinate vehicle delivery, registration & documentation.
? Liaise with suppliers, workshops & technical department for smooth
operations.
? Handle customer enquiries on service, parts & warranty matters.
? Monitor service schedules & warranty claims.
? Maintain records & ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
? Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business or related fields.
? 1-2 years' experience in automotive operations/aftersales preferred
(fresh grads are welcome).
? Strong coordination & problem-solving skills.
? Good communication skills
