Qualifications & Skills



Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Management / Customer Service or related field. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; prior experience in admin or sales support is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive). Good organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities



1. Quotation & Documentation



Prepare and issue quotations for aqua services, rentals, and outright purchases. Ensure accuracy in pricing, package details, and terms. Maintain proper records of all quotations and client communications.

2. Scheduling & Coordination



Plan and schedule customer appointments for aquarium maintenance, installation, and site visits. Coordinate with the Aqua team (aquascapes, sales, maintenance/installation) to ensure timely service delivery. Track and update the job status (pending, ongoing, completed).

3. Customer Support



Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins. Provide clear product and service information (ACP, AFR, maintenance plans, outright sales). Follow up with customers on quotations, payments, and feedback.

4. Team & Commission Tracking



Record and update staff commission reports for sales and service jobs. Ensure accurate tracking of targets and incentives for Aqua team members. Prepare weekly/monthly commission summaries for management review.

5. Sales Enquiries & Reporting



Log all new leads and enquiries into the system. Follow up on potential customers to support sales closure. Assist in preparing daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

6. General Administration



Maintain organized filing of customer records, quotations, and contracts. Support the Manager in operational and reporting tasks. Assist in ad-hoc admin duties as required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
