We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Operations Support cum Inventory Administrator

to join our operations team!

This role combines supporting daily production operations and managing warehouse raw materials, with a focus on accurate stock control, material handling, and coordination between production and warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Coordination & Documentation

Manage and maintain all production paperwork and documentation Coordinate production timelines and track output progress Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management review Liaise between production floor and warehouse to ensure material availability Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion

2. Material Receiving & Processing

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming raw materials against purchase orders Check material quality and quantity upon delivery Perform accurate labeling and systematic recording in inventory management systems Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and material specifications Process and document material rejection or returns when necessary

3. Additional Responsibilities

Maintain organized filing systems for all inventory and production records Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Support cycle counting and annual stock take activities Assist in identifying process improvements for operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in production administration, inventory management, or warehouse operations. (fresh graduates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
