Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the completion of operations.
Document and Inventory Management:
Prepare and file necessary forms, documents, and reports.
Manage inventory and order office supplies; arrange equipment servicing as required.
Reporting and Analysis:
Compile and prepare regular reports or statistics on operational activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma
or relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
to combine and consolidate files.
Strong communication skills in
English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
